Copyright Policy

We respect other people’s intellectual property and expect players to do the same.

Reporting content on WallRush

If you believe something on WallRush infringes your copyright, such as a profile picture, a player name or a review, send a notice to our designated agent with:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
  3. where the material is on WallRush (a link, or the username and where it appears);
  4. your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

Where to send notices: the WallRush team, copyright@wallrush.io

We’ll remove or disable the material if the notice is valid and tell the person who posted it.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with: your signature; what was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, outside the US, any court where WallRush can be found), and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they’ve started a court action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of players who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.

Misuse

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.
